A Feature of Primals Play
This Terms of Service for The Wild is governed by and incorporated into the Terms of Service.
Last Updated: February 28, 2026
1. Irrevocable Fulfillment & Substantial Performance
User acknowledges and agrees that Primals Play’s obligations are substantially performed and fulfillment is absolute at the precise micro-moment of payment authorization. The service provided is the instantaneous allocation of access rights and the reservation of server resources. This fulfillment is independent of actual delivery, consumption, or successful transmission to the User’s device. By authorizing a transaction, User provides express, irrevocable consent for immediate performance and waives any and all rights to a “cooling-off” period, statutory withdrawal, or reversal. Once bank authorization is achieved, the contract is fully executed, the fee is fully earned, and the transaction is legally non-reversible.
2. Lifetime Lease Definition
Access to content in The Wild is granted via a non-transferable Lifetime Lease (valid for the life of the account). Primals Play reserves the unilateral right to rotate, modify, or remove specific titles for legal, safety, or Host-related reasons at any time; such actions do not constitute a failure of performance or a breach of the already-fulfilled contract.
3. Streaming-Only Access & Technical Waiver
All content within The Wild is provided for streaming-only access. User is solely responsible for the technical environment required to access the fulfilled service. Failure of User-side hardware, software, or ISP connectivity does not negate the fact that Substantial Performance was achieved by the platform at the time of purchase.
4. Anti-Piracy & $144,000 Liquidated Damages
All content is protected by forensic watermarking. Unauthorized redistribution, recording, or “leaking” of content from The Wild causes catastrophic, unquantifiable damage to exclusivity. User agrees to pay $144,000.00 USD as a genuine pre-estimate of liquidated damages (and not as a penalty) per incident, plus all legal and investigative costs required to identify and prosecute the breach.
