A Feature of Primals Play
This Terms of Service for Primals Exhibition (LIVE) is governed by and incorporated into the Terms of Service.

1. Capacity Capture & Opportunity Cost
A ticket to a Primals Exhibition (LIVE) constitutes the purchase of reserved streaming capacity and bandwidth. User acknowledges that this capacity is a finite resource that is removed from the market and allocated exclusively to the User’s credentials at the moment of transaction. Substantial Performance is achieved by the platform through the holding of this space and the resulting opportunity cost of being unable to resell that capacity. Consequently, the fee is fully earned and non-refundable upon bank authorization, regardless of User attendance. No-Show = Service Fully Rendered.
2. Absolute Administrative Authority
The Host maintains Absolute Unilateral Authority over the live environment. User may be ejected for any conduct deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or non-conducive to the event’s atmosphere at the Host’s sole discretion. Ejection is an administrative finality and does not entitle the User to a refund, as the logistical deployment and capacity capture have already occurred.
3. Postponement Doctrine
In the event of technical outages or Host emergencies, the Primals Exhibition (LIVE) production will be rescheduled. User agrees that postponement is not cancellation; all tickets remain valid for the new date. The platform’s obligation is to provide the capacity at a time of its choosing; therefore, no refunds or credits will be issued for rescheduled events.
4. Client-Side Technical Waiver
User is strictly responsible for their own hardware, software, and ISP stability. Claims of “Service Not Rendered” due to User-side buffering, lag, or disconnection are contractually barred. The transmission of data from the source constitutes full performance by Primals Play.
5. Forensic Monitoring & $144,000 Strict Liability
The live stream is protected by dynamic forensic watermarking. Any recording, screenshotting, or rebroadcasting is a material breach of the account’s security protocols. User accepts Strict Liability for any leak associated with their account; User agrees to pay $144,000.00 USD as a genuine pre-estimate of liquidated damages per incident, plus all legal and investigative fees, regardless of the User’s personal intent or third-party involvement.
