Governing Agreement & Incorporation
These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern the Primals Pleasure feature and are
supplemental to and incorporated into the website’s primary
Terms of Service.
In the event of any conflict, inconsistency, or ambiguity between this Agreement and the
Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall control.
1. Definitions
For the purposes of this Terms of Service (“Agreement”):
“Primals Play” refers to the website, platform, and operating entity offering adult content, services, and productions.
“Primals Pleasure” refers to the live, adult, consent-based experiential production and service offered by Primals Play.
“Host(s)” refers to the operators, producers, directors, organizers, and authorized representatives of Primals Play. Hosts may also appear in the Content as Models.
“Participant(s)” refers to any individual who purchases a Primals Pleasure Tier and/or participates in the Primals Pleasure project or production in any capacity.
“Model(s)” refers to any individual who appears, performs, or is present on camera or in recorded media during Primals Pleasure, including Hosts and Participants. All Participants automatically become Models upon appearance, regardless of Tier, intent, or filming scope.
“Tier(s)” refers to the specific Primals Pleasure service level purchased.
“Itinerary” refers to the planned structure, activities, permissions, limitations, and boundaries applicable to a Tier or Production.
“Project” or “Production” refers to the entire Primals Pleasure engagement, including pre-purchase communications, preparation, travel, meetup, non-filmed interactions, filming, and post-production.
“Content” refers to all audio, visual, audiovisual, photographic, recorded, edited, derivative, promotional, or archived materials created in connection with Primals Pleasure.
2. Nature of the Service & Substantial Performance
Primals Pleasure is a live, adult-oriented production experience involving real persons, real environments, and real-time production decisions.
The Participant understands and agrees that Primals Pleasure is not a passive or recreational service and is governed by Host authority at all times. User acknowledges that Substantial Performance is achieved by Primals Play at the moment of payment authorization through the Immediate Allocation of Administrative Resources and the Total reservation of Host Capacity. The fee is a non-refundable Logistical Retainer and is fully earned upon authorization; the service is the readiness to produce, not the final output.
3. Eligibility & Mandatory Preconditions (Contractual Fraud)
To purchase or participate in Primals Pleasure, each Participant must meet all of the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
- Be a biological male; only men are permitted to purchase, participate in, or appear as a Participant. Misrepresentation of biological sex constitutes Contractual Fraud, rendering all funds immediately forfeited as a penalty.
- Provide a valid government-issued photo identification.
- Consent to the Hosts visually verifying, photographing, and securely storing a copy of such identification for age verification, legal compliance, recordkeeping, and the lawful production, distribution, and release of Content.
- Attend alone; no additional persons are permitted.
- Be strictly sober and not under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Bring no weapons, alcohol, drugs, cigarettes, or recording devices.
- Agree to have all personal recording devices securely stored by the Hosts for the duration of the Project.
- Execute this Agreement, a liability waiver, and a model release prior to commencement.
Failure to meet any requirement results in immediate termination for Material Breach and Moral Turpitude without refund.
4. Participant Status & Automatic Model Designation
By purchasing any Tier and/or participating in Primals Pleasure in any capacity, the Participant acknowledges that participation applies to the entire Project, including all periods before, during, and after filming.
All Participants automatically and irrevocably become Models upon appearance, regardless of whether filming occurs, is requested, or is limited in scope. No exclusion, limitation, or opt-out from Model status is permitted once participation begins.
5. Preparation & Conduct Requirements (Contractual Sabotage)
Participants agree to:
- Avoid synthetic soaps, perfumes, or colognes (natural products permitted).
- Refrain from discussing the Project with any third parties before or during participation.
- Follow all Host instructions immediately and without resistance.
- Remove footwear when instructed; natural footwear may be provided.
- Conduct themselves respectfully, safely, and lawfully at all times.
Any violation constitutes Contractual Sabotage and Strict Liability for production losses, permitting immediate termination without refund.
6. Scheduling, Logistics & Sunk Costs
- Minimum preparation periods apply depending on Tier.
- Participants are solely responsible for transportation and accommodations.
- Hosts provide one night of camping accommodation only for the highest Tier where specified.
- Locations are selected exclusively by the Hosts and may include outdoor or remote environments.
Failure to appear at the designated time/location constitutes a Total Performance Default; the fee remains fully earned by Primals Play as liquidated compensation for the lost capacity.
7. Itineraries, Boundaries & Host Authority
The Participant expressly agrees that Hosts maintain Absolute Creative Sovereignty and Non-Reviewable Discretion:
- Hosts may modify, restrict, override, or replace any Itinerary at any time based on intuitive risk assessment or production needs.
- Hosts may edit this Agreement before or during the Project.
- Acceptance of all changes is mandatory, non-negotiable, and final.
Refusal to accept changes results in termination without refund.
8. Consent Grant & Contractual Consequences
The Participant affirms that participation is voluntary, informed, and intentional.
Participation in the Project constitutes irrevocable contractual consent for filming and Content use under this Agreement. If a Model chooses to stop participating, the Project will end, and no refunds will be issued. Rights granted for Content created prior to cessation remain valid under this Agreement.
9. Content Rights, Ownership & Waivers
The Participant irrevocably grants Primals Play and the Hosts full, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable rights to the Content.
The Participant:
- Waives all rights to inspect or approve the Content.
- Acknowledges no compensation is owed.
- Waives any right to request takedown, removal, or modification.
- Grants Primals Play Irrevocable Power of Attorney to sign any documents required to enforce these rights or remove unauthorized leaks.
10. Health Risk Assumption & Release
The Participant acknowledges that participation involves physical contact, environmental exposure, and inherent health risks. The Participant voluntarily assumes all known and unknown risks and releases Primals Play and the Hosts from any and all liability related to health outcomes, injuries, or infectious diseases.
11. Legal Compliance Across Jurisdictions
Hosts may modify, relocate, postpone, or cancel the Project for legal or safety reasons. Such actions do not constitute a breach and do not entitle the Participant to a refund.
12. Termination & No-Refund Policy
All purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-reversible.
Hosts may terminate the Project at any time due to safety concerns, legal concerns, misconduct, Agreement breach, “bad-faith vibes,” or force majeure events. Partial performance does not entitle refunds as the logistical retainer is consumed at the outset.
13. Indemnification & Covenant Not to Sue
The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Primals Play from any claims. Participant further enters into a Covenant Not to Sue. If Participant initiates any legal proceeding or chargeback in violation of this Agreement, Participant agrees to pay an Immediate Administrative Penalty of $100,000.00 to Primals Play to cover initial defense costs.
14. Breach of Exclusivity & $4,700,000 Strict Liability Damages
User acknowledges that any unauthorized recording or “leak” causes catastrophic, unquantifiable, and irreversible damage, including Reputational Destruction and Professional Assassination of the Host’s brand.
User agrees to pay $4,700,000.00 USD (Four Million, Seven Hundred Thousand Dollars) as a Self-Executing Liquidated Damage covering:
- Total loss of exclusivity and market value.
- Scorched Earth Brand Devaluation and permanent professional erasure.
- Sunk Costs of production, security, and administrative deployment.
- Consequential Damages including Host emotional distress and career-ending disclosure.
This is a Strict Liability Debt triggered by the act of the leak itself, regardless of intent. User waives any right to challenge the amount of these damages.
15. Governing Law & Force Majeure
Hosts are not liable for failure to perform due to any reasons. This Agreement is governed by the laws designated by Primals Play. User waives the right to a jury trial and agrees to Binding Arbitration where the Participant pays all costs.
16. Final Acknowledgement
By purchasing any Primals Pleasure Tier and/or participating in Primals Pleasure in any capacity, the Participant affirms that they:
- Meet all eligibility requirements.
- Accept Strict Liability for the $4,700,000.00 penalty.
- Accept automatic Model designation.
- Understand the nature of the Project.
- Agree to all terms herein and enter this Agreement with Full Contractual Finality.
